Returns and Payment methods

Prices
All the prices in queraboo.com are including(SPANISH VAT /TAX). The cost of shipping the product is assumed by queraboo.com inside the Spanish peninsula so long as the total cost of the order is above 300€, for amounts inferior transportation is paid by the client. It is also detailed in the invoice the international cost of shipping pending on the country. Our transportation prices are based on a volume/weight ratio until 8kgs., all shipments which exceed this weight the customer will be duly advised by email with the difference in shipping costs to be paid via bank transfer so that the order can be shipped.
Queraboo.com includes in all its shipments a confirmation of the order, a detailed bill and a approximate date in which the article/s will be shipped to the email given when the order was made.

Payment methods

a) Bank Transfer
If you choose to do a bank transfer, in the last step when buying your item a confirmation of your order status will show you the bank account number (including IBAN and SWIFT /BICC codes) to which you are to transfer in the name of Queraboo SL.
The order is not considered final according to our systems until the bank confirms the receipt of the FULL amount of the said order. Please remember to include your reference / invoice number in the description of your transfer so that we can promptly service you. All amounts are to be tranfered in €uros and all commissions and charges and exchange rates that might occur are ENTIRELY the responsibility of the client choosing this method of payment.


b) Credit Card
You may pay by all major credit cards and debit cards if your bank allows this transaction online. The information required will be the full credit card number, date of expiry and the CVC code which is the last 3 digits on the back of the card, with the exception of American Express where it is 4 digits and they are on the front.

We remind all our customers that the credit card information is strictly confidential and will be used only for the payment in transaction. The operation is performed through the bank secure systems by which we guarantee confidentiality of the information. It is important to note that queraboo.com has NO way of accessing this information nor keeping a register for future purchases / returns.

The FULL amount of the order and its corresponding shipping costs will be charged at the moment in which the information is introduced in the final stages of buying a product. Credit Card FRAUD is against the LAW, and queraboo S.l. will take corresponding legal action against all who attempt or commit this crime on queraboo.com.

c)Paypal
If you choose to use the Electronic system of payment called PAY PAL it permits you to pay and be paid by Internet with only an email account. This system was created by EBAY in order to compete with and add extra security and anonymity to the buyers of cyberspace. This form of payment has now over 40 million users worldwide.

Paypal is a secured server operational system (https) which guarantees privacy and security in all the transactions you do with this system.
You can buy on the internet with out having to give your credit card number and it works by email recognition and assignment.

To open a personal account or Premier account in Paypal please follow the following instructions:
1. Go to https://www.paypal.es.
2. REGISTER.
3. Select the country and language , and the type of account you wish to open.
4. Introduce the information asked for, including complete email address, and pick a password (minimum 8 characters and it is CASE SENSITVE).
5. Remember your email and password as it is what you will need to initiate any paypal activities
6. Hit Open an account and follow the instructions.

Deliveries / Shipping

The orders that have been placed before 13hrs will be prepared in our Warehouse and sent that same day, so long as the product selected is available and the bank transfer has been duly received and or other method of payment.

The delivery will be to the shipping address provided when the order was placed. Transportation and processing is as follows:

  • Peninsular Spain : the order will be processed in 24-48hours from the receipt of the confirmation of payment by our systems. This service is FREE up to 8kgs except for orders under 300€.
  • URGENT Peninsular Transport: PLEASE send an email to info@queraboo.com after finalizing your order and a quotation depending on your time constraints will be provided as soon as possible. This form of transport will require the added amount to be bank transferred before finalizing the transaction. A confirmation via fax of the transaction would suffice.
  • Balearic Island Transport: the order will be processed in 24-48hours from the receipt of the confirmation of payment by our systems. The transportation costs are those which were indicated when finalizing your order so long as the order is under 8kgs. The fee for transportation is until 8kgs thereafter all shipments which weigh more than this queraboo.com will promptly inform the client via email of the extra kilos and their corresponding cost for which the customer will have to perform a bank transfer of the difference before the order can continue its course.
  • REST OF WORLD: the order will be processed in 24-48hours from the receipt of the confirmation of payment by our systems. The transportation costs are those which were indicated when finalizing your order so long as the order is under 8kgs. The fee for transportation is until 8kgs thereafter all shipments which weigh more than this queraboo.com will promptly inform the client via email of the extra kilos and their corresponding cost for which the customer will have to perform a bank transfer of the difference plus tax before the order can continue its course. For transportation outside of Spain queraboo.com is using: FedEx Express Europe. Any possible additional charges, taxes, custom declarations etc. that could incur with the shipment to international destinations are in their entirety the responsibility of the customer who made the purchase, queraboo.com will not be responsible for these norms or of their processing.

95% of the products in queraboo.com are in stock and ready to be sent. En the case that there was temporarily no stock of a product selected and purchased, an advisory note will appear as to when the product will be again available and its approximate shipping date. queraboo.com will at all times try to limit the inconvenience caused by such delays. If for any reason the order should remain pending for an exceptional amount of time queraboo.com will inform the customer via email and telephone of the status. Please do not hesitate as well to contact our customer service department at info@queraboo.com our customer service representatives will be more than happy to inform you.

 

Important

All orders received is by queraboo.com are in pending the confirmation of our systems that the payment (depending on the method chosen) has in fact been received and in its totality.
Please if you choose to perform a bank transfer take into consideration the days needed for the transfer to be effective and of course weekends, holiday days etc…so that your shipment arrives at its destination on time and has not been retained due this process.

Post Sale Service and Returns Policy

Our customer service department is available to aid you in any post sale queries you might have whether it be about a product or its shipping. Our service representatives will service you in a rapid and pleasant manner at all times.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 7 days to contact queraboo.com from the date of delivery to return said item (following Art. 44 of the law 7/1996, from the 15th of January  in the Ordination of  Commerce modified by the law 47/2002, the 19th of December.).
If you wish to return or exchange merchandise, the product must be in its original state including its packaging untouched. (Returns or exchanges on lingerie are not permitted for hygienic reasons, nor will any item be accepted if it has been notably modified or any parts / documents or other missing)
If you fulfill the above requisites to exchange or return your merchandise, please send an email to info@queraboo.com  so that a customer service representative can authorize the return or exchange and inform you of how to proceed. Without this authorization and notification any returned product received will be simply returned to its Origen.
Once we have received the item in our Warehouse, we will check to see that it is in its original state and packaging and queraboo.com will then process the return or exchange and proceed to either refund the amount  to the bank account provided or ship the new item (if additional costs incur due to exchange the customer will be informed of the difference and how to proceed). 
If you wish to Exchange an item please also contact our customer service department at info@queraboo.com  in order to notify of the exchange, find out if the new item is in stock and any cost variations, and transportation costs.
If you have received a defective product please also contact info@queraboo.com and our customer service representative will inform you when the replacement item will be sent. (Please remember the item must be in its original state and packaging for this to apply) Once the defective product has been returned to our warehouse queraboo.com will proceed to send out the replacement.
If the amount for the new item which the exchange is occurring is larger than the original item the customer service representative and the customer will accord how this difference will be paid either via a new complete purchase and refund or bank transfer to queraboo.com. In the case of the difference of the items being in favor of the customer queraboo.com will proceed to transfer the amount to the bank account provided by the customer to our service representative at info@queraboo.com.
If the return or Exchange should be due to an error in our warehouse’s preparation of your order all costs incurred in the correction of this error are to be paid by queraboo.com. If on the other hand the return or exchange is due to the customer, it is the customer who will pay all transportation and surcharges that occur. If the merchandise is returned and it has seals and packaging other than the original and that of queraboo.com´s warehouse we are absolved of all responsibility
In complying with the Organic Law 15/1999 of the 13th of december of from the Personal Data Protection Act, queraboo.com informs its clients that all information provided will be stored in an automatic personal data file.
The information given is to facilitate the process especially for future orders, directly or indirectly through collaborating companies, offering the beneficial information of up coming sales and discounts that could be interesting to our clientele.
